Account & subscription

Restore a purchase

Open the app, go to Profile → rox-strat Pro, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID that bought the subscription.

Cancel or manage your subscription

Subscriptions are billed through Apple. To cancel or change plan, go to iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → rox-strat Pro. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the current period ends.

Refunds

All purchases are handled by Apple, so refund requests go through them: reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple declines and you believe it's our fault (bug, broken feature, etc.), email us and we'll do what we can.

Sign out / delete account

The app uses Apple Sign-In. To sign out, go to Profile → Sign Out. To remove the iCloud data the app stored on your behalf, go to iOS Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → rox-strat → Delete Data. See our Privacy Policy for details on what's stored where.
